    0.5 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A
    1.0 tbsp Curry powder
    1.0 tsp Ginger, ground
    1.0 tsp Salt
    85.0 Grams Artichokes, frozen
    0.5 cup Spinach, frozen
    3.0 cup Lentils
    1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    0.1 tsp Cayenne Pepper (Ground)
    1.0 tsp Spices, Turmeric
    0.5 cup Organic Spaghetti Sauce with Mushrooms, Trader Giotto's

Directions

Cook Lentils for 20 minutes.Add all ingredients to a skillet and let simmer for 10-15 minutes. Serve as is or over rice. Serving Size: Makes 4 1-cup servings
