Introduction

Happy Chinese New Year!
I threw this together fast for dinner since it was Asian New Year; I served with eggrolls for others or soup; some Japanese soba noodles, and a Lean Cuisine Sweet and Sour Korean Beef.

I threw this together fast for dinner since it was Asian New Year; I served with eggrolls for others or soup; some Japanese soba noodles, and a Lean Cuisine Sweet and Sour Korean Beef.

Ingredients

    Meijer Stir-Fry Vegetables with Rice Steamable (the whole bag)
    1 small Onions, raw, chopped
    1 tbsp Canola Oil
    6 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted

Tips

Add soy, tamari, teriyaki &/or other sauces or flavorings if you want


Directions

1) Saute onion in oil
2) Add steamable Stir-Fry Veg (can steam first for about 2/3 of the time (~4 min) & chicken
3) Mix and saute until everything is hot; add water as needed if it sticks

Serving Size: Makes 3 small servings
