Ingredients

.25 tsp Kosher Salt (by SRATERMAN)
3 serving bacon, hormel black label bacon lower sodium 2 pcs
5 serving Onions, yellow, raw 1 oz.
1 clove Garlic
3 tsp Dijon Mustard (Great Value)
1 tsp Paprika
0.25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
1 serving Beck's Dark Beer (12oz.) (by GENIEBEAN23)
2 cup Swanson Chicken Stock (Low Sodium) (by KAITYSEV)
2 cup Dairy, Milk - Whole - 1 cup
1 bunch Broccoli, fresh
2 medium Carrots, raw
3 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Fry Bacon, save grease for later.
saute onions in 2 tbsp bacon fat
Season with salt.
Add Garlic, Mustard and Paprika, cook for about a minute.
Sprinkle flour and stir to combine, cook for 1-2 minutes until flour is dark.
Slowly pour beer into pot, scraping the bottom. Reduce down for 1 minute.
Pour in the chicken stock and milk.
Bring to a boil, then reduce to simmer for 5 minutes, until the soup is slightly thickened.
Add broccoli and carrots, until slightly tender, about 5 minutes.
