Very light and fluffy! I didn't have buttermilk, so used almond milk instead and they turned out great. Also, used vanilla yogurt and added a little cinnamon to the batter. Served with fresh strawberries and bluberries-yum!! - 4/17/11

These were amazing!! We had breakfast for dinner last night and I really wanted waffles and these definitely hit the spot! My husband who doesn't typically like waffles loved them! :) Will for sure make these a regular! - 5/1/13

    Good
The waffles came out a bit soggy, but overall had a good flavor. We substituted regular low fat yogurt. We made the entire recipe and froze the rest. - 3/22/08

    Good
This waffle is not as fluffy as I am used to but the taste was pretty good. The batter consistency was good and it cooked really well. I made this waffle like a Belgium waffle when it may need to be a regular waffle. At any rate it was good. Will see how leftover batter works tomorrow. - 2/2/08

    Very Good
These were easy and cooked up very nicely. The surplus are going in my freezer and will make breakfast easy for a few more days!
