Introduction

This is a real easy recipe, especially if you are busy or have children. The actual measurements for the ingredients don't really matter, just make sure the chicken is well covered. Ingredients

4 boneless skinless chicken breast (or how ever many you need)
    Olive Oil
Basalmic Vinegar (use at least 1/2 a cup for 4 pieces)
    Chicken Grill Seasoning

Directions

Preheat oven to 375
Place chicken in a retangular casserole dish or cookie sheet with sides.
Sprinkle each piece of chicken with olive oil, just enough to lightly cover on both sides.
Pour basalmic vinegar on each piece of chicken. Make sure that each piece is covered completely. Do both sides. (Have a little extra in the pan because this makes a nice sauce to serve over the chicken after.)
Sprinkle Chicken Grill Seasoning on both sides of chicken.
Place in oven and cook for 30 to 40 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.

I usually serve this over 1 cup of brown rice, but plain coucous or quinoa are also good, along with steamed green beans.

Each piece of chicken is 1 serving.
