Ingredients

    56.0 gram(s) Butter (Kerrygold) Pure Irish Gold Foil 1T=14g
    1.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1.0 clove Garlic
    14.0 oz Shrimp, cooked
    2.0 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice
    2.0 oz Barefoot Pinot Grigio
    4.0 oz Spaghetti - Barilla Spaghetti

Directions

1. Cool pasta to al dente. 2. Add olive oil, half of the butter, and garlic. Simmer until fragrant, about 2 minutes. Add wine, reduce until about /2. 3. Add shrimp cook approx 2 min then flip. Cook another 2 minutes. 4. Add remaining butter, lemon juice, and pasta. Stir and remove from heat. 5. Let sit for 5 minutes, then serve.

    Carefully read the instructions before you start. At first, it looked like everything is added to the pasta. Instead, set aside the pasta and add it after the shrimp is cooked. - 1/28/21
