I wanted to reduce the fat in the pie crust, so I exchanged the sugar to Monk Fruit Sweetener, and exchanged the Graham Crackers with Low fat Graham Crackers. 4 serving Graham Crackers, Honey Maid Low Fat Honey Grahams (2 full crackers = 1 serving = 35 g)
12 serving Lakanto Golden monk fruit sweetener (by MATH07)
6 tbsp Butter, salted

The Monk Fruit has 12 servings. It equal 1/4 Cup
Directions
Crush the Graham Crackers in to fine Crumbs.
Mix crumbs, butter, and Sugar, in a bowl, until it clumps together when you squeeze it together.
Press mixture in a 9 in pie plate.
Use a spoon to press the crumbs up the side.
Refrigerate for at least an hour before filling.
