Ingredients

    3 cup, unthawed Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened
    1 serving Chobani 2% Plain Greek Yogurt (8 oz)
    1 serving Lakanto Golden monk fruit sweetener (by MATH07)
    .5 tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions

In food processor with knife blade attached, pulse 1 cup strawberries until finely chopped. Transfer chopped berries to larger metal bow.
In food processor, puree yogurt, monk fruit, vanilla and remaining strawberries until smooth. Transfer to bowl with strawberries, stir until well combined. Cover and freeze for at least an hour.

Serving Size: Makes 7 1/2 up servings
