    1 pkg crushed chocolate wafers
    1/2 cup melted butter
    3 tbl espresso
    24 oz (2 pks) cream cheese (solid, not spreadable)
    1 cup sugar
    3 tbl flour
    3 egg yolks
    3 eggs
    1 cup whipping cream
    14 oz semisweet chocolate
    4 tbls espresso

    2 tbls sugar
    2 cups sour cream


Bake first ingredients in pan for 8 minutes at 350*. This is your crust.

mix up your filling in a food processor, or cream the cheese, add the sugar and start combining all the rest with it. Must be very smooth. Bake at 350* for one hour.

mix up the topping until it's veyr smooth and the sugar is dissolved. Pour evenly on top and bake for another 20 minutes at 350*.

    Very unhealthy. Not divided into servings, but if you cut it into 12 slices, it's over 700 calories and 54 g of fat. - 3/20/07
