    2.0 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    3.0 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
    12.0 tsp Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener Classic
    12.0 tsp Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener Golden
    1.0 tsp Baking Soda
    0.25 tsp Salt
    8.0 oz Fage 0% Greek yogurt
    9.0 tbsp All Whites 100% Liquid Egg Whites 3Tbsp= 1 large egg
    0.25 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
    2.0 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    96.0 gram Ideal Lean Protein Powder Unflavored

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F. 2. Place bananas into mixing bowl and mash until you have a thick pudding like consistency. 3. Add all remaining ingredients to bowl and mix well. 4. Grease a loaf pan and line with parchment paper. 5. Pour batter into pan and bake for about 30 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. 6. Let bread cool completely before putting any type of topping on it. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
