Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cup Masa, Maseca Brand, Instant (by ROXIEMEOW)
    1.75 cup Refried beans, ROSARITA, refried beans, traditional
    32 tbsp salsa-pace chunky salsa-medium
    1 tsp Salt (table) (by CYNDYY1)
    2 tsp Garam Masala (by BIGGIRL2082010)
    2 tsp Oregano, ground
    1 tsp smoked paprika
    2 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)
    1.5 pepper Jalapeno Peppers

Tips

Vegan.

If you spray a little olive oil on top before cooking, the calories will go up, but it will be more "fried."


Directions

Chop jalapeno and green onions, and mix with the other ingredients. Shape into 3/4" balls and cook in an airfryer, 400 degrees F. for 10 minutes. I use parchment paper with Pam to keep it from sticking. Serve warm or cold

Serving Size: Makes 60 3/4" balls
