Ingredients

70 grams Egg, fresh, whole, raw
120 grams Olive Oil
5 grams Lemon Juice
2 grams Rosemary
1 dash Salt
1 dash Pepper, black
Tips
Each Serving is 15 grs (1 tbsp).
Directions
Process whole egg in food processor. Add lemon juice, salt, pepper and herbs such as rosemary, parsley, basil and/or thyme.
With the processor on, slowly drible in the oil, very slowly, almost by drops.
