Ingredients

    1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    100.0 Grams Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
    1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

1. Add flour onto a bowl, make a well in the middle and add room temperature egg and olive oil 2. Slowly incorporate all the ingredient from the middle into the side, knead until everything well combined and form a nice smooth dough 3. Let it rest for 15-30 minutes 4. Roll the dough with the pasta machine until it's smooth and become thin that you can see your fingers beneath the sheet. Dust with flour along the way as needed. 5. Cut them into any shape you pleased. 6. Boil into salted boiling water for 2-3 mins or until it cooked through as per your taste. Don't boil too long as it cook so fast unlike store bought dried pasta. 7. Serve with any sauce of your choice. Notes: You can freeze it by lay all the pasta on the pan or any flat surface, let it dry a bit in the counter and freeze them until it hardens completely. Later you can store it in an airtight container in the freezer up to 3 months. Serving Size: 4
