    Fusilli Pasta, Cooked (1cup/4.7oz), 1.5 servings Spinach, cooked, .13 cup
    Pine Nuts, .25 cup
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, .5 tbsp
    Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 1 tbsp

Directions

If pasta is uncooked, cook about .75 cup of pasta in water, until al dente (still firm), to make 1.5 cups of cooked pasta. Mix cooked pasta, chopped spinach, pine nuts, olive oil, and parmesan cheese well. Cool in refrigerator before serving.

    I agree with 45RONALD48...whats up with not including the dressing as a part of this salad? It defiantly has white balsamic vinager in it as well as part white wine vinager.

    I have seen pictures of this recipe in the Haggen food ads, and wanted to make it! " Could you check your recipe agian- what is .13 cup of spinach? I think I would also add some balsamic vinager to it. Thanks - 5/14/09
