Ingredients

    2 cups Almonds, Blue Diamond, Smokehouse,
    2 cups Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry
    18 Dates
    0.5 cup Almond Milk - Silk Original
    2 scoopsOrgain organic protein & superfoods

Directions

Pulse almonds in food processor till crushed. Add oats, dates, and protein powder and pulse till combined, then slowly pour in the milk. Remove from food processor Lightly moisten your hands with water and press into a 13 inch rectangular pan. Cut into 12 portions but leave in the pan. Refrigerate then remove the bars from the pan and wrap each one in plastic wrap. Keep them refrigerated till ready to eat.
