Ingredients

    2.5 cups Baked Tofu Cutlet, cubed
    1 cup Gobi Paneer (cooking cheese), cubed
    2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1.5 cup Celery, diced
    1 medium onions, sliced thin
    2 cups Pacific Natural Foods Organic Mushroom Broth
    1 cup Daisy Sour Cream
    1.5 tsp Marmite
    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    1 cup Creative Cuisine Vege Shreds Dark
    Garlic, pepper, and parsley to taste

Directions

Saute the celery and onion in olive oil until liquid starts to cook out. Add the tofu and mushrooms, and cook until the mushrooms are shrinking down and liquid is collected at the bottom. Add all other ingredients, and cook down until the liquid is the consistency you'd like.
