Ingredients

    0.66 cup BIsquick
    1.5 cup Milk, 1%
    3.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    0.5 tsp Salt
    0.25 tsp Pepper, white
    2.0 cup, sliced Zucchini
    1.0 cup, chopped or sliced Red Ripe Tomatoes
    0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    0.33 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated

Directions

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 10-inch quiche dish or pie plate, 10 x 1.5 inches. Sprinkle chopped zucchini, tomato, onion and cheese in plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into plate. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 30 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.
