    1.5 cup Almond Milk
    3 tsp Organic Amla Berry Powder (by SUGABO)
    .083 tbsp Ground tumeric (by SUPERSNAZZ)
    1 tbsp Flaxseed
    2 oz Aloe Vera Gel, Organic (by REMU670)
    .25 serving Green Tea, Tazo, Well-Being, Thrive Green Tea
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    1 serving Date 1 dried (8.3g) (by STONEANGEL364)
    2 cup Spinach, fresh
    2 cup Blueberries, fresh
    1 extra small (less than 6" long Banana, fresh


Can add vanilla, mint, basil, lime, lemon ginger, cayenne, close oil. Can use other fruits like apples and oranges for half the berries. Combine ingredients in blender thoroughly. If possible drink over 20 minutes through a straw to avoid tooth enamel damage. No tooth brushing for 1 hour.
