    0.5 cup Green Lentils
    20 medium Shrimp, raw
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    3 serving Tomatoes, Roma small (2-2.5" diameter; whole)
    1.5 tsp Garlic
    1.5 tbsp Curry powder


Boil lentils in water about 15 minutes or until tender. Put shrimp in bowl add garlic, curry powder, salt & pepper mix well let marinate until lentils are cooked.
In a large skillet, cook diced onions until soft (use cooking spray) . Add shrimp and marinade cook about 4 - 5 minutes. Drain lentils and add to shrimp mixture. Stir until combined, add tomatoes and cook until all food heated.

Serving Size: Makes 4 - 1 cup servings
