Ingredients

    4.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    6.0 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese
    3.0 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla
    1.0 tbsp Vanilla Extract
    1.0 fruit without seeds Lemons
    1.4 cup monk fruit
    2.0 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour (1/4 cup is 28g)
    8.0 tbsp Carrington Farms Organic Coconut Oil
    1.0 tsp Salt

Directions

Cream together monkfruit sweetener, cream cheese, vanilla and almond milk. Then scrape and add eggs. Mix salt, coconut oil and almond flour to make crush and bake por 10min. Then add creamcheese mix to base and bake 30min on 350°f

Serving Size: Makes 24 pieces of 1 inch
