Ingredients

    12 oz package cut and clean turnip greens
    2 slices center cut bacon
    salt to taste
    pepper sauce (tabasco)

Directions

cut bacon into smaller pieces and brown in large saucepan. Add greens, cover with water, bring to a boil and cook 30-45 minutes. Add a dash a tabasco and salt to taste.
