Ingredients

    2 cans Sweet Condensed Milk
2 of those cans of Milk, 1%
    6 large Eggs
    1 cup Granulated Sugar

Tips

It is simple... Regarding all I said. We often serve it to friends and family.

Directions

Melt 1 cup sugar in a saucepan until all the sugar dissolves into a liquidy caramel. If you cook too much it will turn bitter. Pour the caramel into a round pound cake pan. Spread the caramel the side the funnel is the pound cake pan. Set aside.

Blend all the ingredients but add the milk last in case your blender cup is not big enough and you add the rest manually in a bowl.

Pour the mixture in the cake pan. Cover with aluminum foil.

Put the pound cake pan inside a cooking pan for double boiling. Pour some water at the bottom of the large pan... Not over 2inches high.

Cook on high and keep an eye on the water. Keep adding it as it gets low.

It will be ready in two hours. Stick a toothpick to see if it is firm.

Remove it from the water and go with a butter knife all aroud inside and out (think of losing it from from the sides and the funnel. move the pan in a rounding manner to see if it is loose.

Put it in the fridge to chill. The colder the better before you turn it onto a plate.

Serve with love.

Put a plate on top an turn it to

Wait it to cool down
