Ingredients

24 serving Pillsbury Moist Supreme Sugar Free Devil's Food Cake (mix only - makes 12 servings) (by PERFECTVELVET)
459.5 gram Oreo thins
8 serving 1 Egg- large, fresh
1.4 cup Dairy, Milk - Whole - 1 cup
1.4 cup (8 fl oz) Regular Coffee, brewed from grounds
16 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil
Directions
Follow directions on the box, but make these changes:
Add one extra egg per box (2 boxes used)
Replace water with half whole milk and half coffee (1 1/4 cup each)
Fill cupcake liners about 1/4 full, then press an Oreo thin flat into the batter. Add more batter to fill about 1/2 to 3/4 full.
Bake 24 cupcakes at a time for 19 minutes.
I used the remaining batter to make 6 more cupcakes, and baked those for 12 minutes.
Always check cupcakes with the toothpick test before removing. Enjoy!
