Ingredients

    16 oz Aldi ground turkey
    10 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    12 oz Cheese - Happy Farms Colby & Monterey Jack Cheese (1 oz per serving)
    1 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A
    2 cup Ore-Ida Country Style Shredded Hash Brown Potatoes
    .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 cup bell pepper red green yellow all 1 cup (by DAWNJACKSON72)
    .5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh

Directions

Cook ground turkey and vegetables until done
First place shredded potatoes on bottom of 9”/12”” pan
2nd place layer of cheese
3rd add layer of turkey and vegetables
4th mix eggs and milk and pour over layer and
5th layer of cheese and bake 45 minutes on 350

Serving Size: 12 piece in 9/12 pan
