Ingredients

    2 tsp Salt
    1.40 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    2 tbsp Honey
    1 tsp Fleischmann's Yeast (instant dry yeast)
    2.0 cup Spelt Flour Whole Grain

Prepare every thing before baking..


Directions

Put the 2 tbsp honey in 350 grams or 11 fl oz. of water mix it well add 1 tsp dry yeast stir it till honey melted. leave it for 10 minutes. In a bowl take 2 cups or 500 grams of spelt flour add 2 tsp salt mix well add foamy yeast water mix it with wooden spoon. when mixed well add the dough in a lightly greased bowl than take the dough and stretch it long than fold it into 3 folds put it in a bowl turn the bowl a quater turn and stretch again into 3 folds do this for 4 times and than let it set for 15 minutes covered with saran wrap and leave. after 15 miutes take the dough and stretch and fold for another 4 times, and leave for 15 minutes. do this way total of 4 times. Total 4 times folding and 1 hour setting time. Than take lightly greased baking pan shape and set the dough in pan and put the pan in plastic bag and leave it in warm place covered for 2 hours. Than bake it in oven at 220 centigrade or 430 fahrenheit for 35 minutes.
