Ingredients

    1.5 cup Great Value Penne Pasta - Whole Wheat
    250 grams Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    0.5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    0.5 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers)
    0.5 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh
    0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    0.5 serving spring onions-1 medium (15g)
    1 clove Garlic
    1 tbsp Salt
    1 tsp Pepper, black
    0.5 tsp Oregano, ground
    1 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz
    1 tbsp Light Soya Sauce (by SPORTYLADY5)
    1 1tsp Olive Oil

Directions

Boil Pasta as it is usually done.
Take a pan add oil, sauté chopped garlic. Add Chicken to it and let it cook for a while. Cover the lid of the pan. After 5 mins add 1tsp soya sauce to it. let it cook until tender and looks edible.
Now one by one add all the vegetables. Add Salt, Pepper, Oregano, sauté it. Mix all the things in pan together. Now add ketchup and Soya Sauce. Stir fry on high flame. Add boiled pasta to it.
Mix it together. Ready to be served.
This will be enough for 2 to 3 people.
