Introduction
I thought this was a good dessert to eat until I realized that the recipe was outdated on Spark and did not include many of the ingredients that I originally had in the recipe. So ot is far to high in calories for sure but tastes so good! Dang! Ingredients

1 cup Del Monte Pineapple Tidbits
2 - 8 ounce containers *COOL WHIP LITE
1 - 8 ounce package Light cream cheese
1 Oranges cut into bit size pieces
2 cups Frozen Blueberries (Wyman's) wild blueberries
1 scant cup Confectioner's Sugar
1/4 cup Pistachio Nuts chopped finley
Tips
This is good with whatever kind of fruit you prefer.
Directions
Soften cream cheese at room temperature.
Add confectioners sugar and mix well.
Mix in about half of the cool whip and whip with wire wink until smooth and all the cream cheese lumps are out.
Fold in second container of cool whip.
Fold in oranges, blueberries (still frozen) and drained pineapple tidbits.
Top with pistachios and refrigerate before serving.
Serving Size: 6 - A little over half cup servings
