Introduction
Great for a sweet craving or to get some extra fat. Quantity will depend on the size molds you use. I ended up with 12 small ones and 6 larger ones. I just count the large ones as 2. You could drop one or two into a cup of hot coffee to make it keto. Great for a sweet craving or to get some extra fat. Quantity will depend on the size molds you use. Ingredients
-
100 grams Hershey’s Sugar Free Chocolate Chips
4 tbsp "LouAna" Pure Coconut Oil
50 grams Walnuts
1 tsp Whole Earth Stevia Leaf & Monk Fruit
Tips
I actually used pecans since that is what I had.
You could probably add a couple of drops of peppermint extract, some orange zest, or another flavor that mixes well with chocolate. I am going to look for raspberry extract.
Directions
Chop walnuts into small pieces.
Heat chips and coconut oil in double boiler till melted (you can do it the microwave but mines always seems to seize up).
Stir in walnut pieces and sweetener.
Pour into candy molds (an old plastic ice tray will work).
Refrigerate till set. I store them in the frig.
