Ingredients

    1 box Catelli Smart Spaghetti
    1 Jar Catelli Garden Selection Tomato & Basil Sauce
    1 Cup chopped Baby carrots
    1 Cup chopped green pepper
    1 1/2 cups red onion
    2 tsp. Montreal steak spice
    2 tsp. Sugar
    3 cloves garlic minced

Directions

Makes 5, 2 cup servings

1. Cook ground beef until brown. Drain and rinse under hot water.
2. Add carrots, green pepper, onion, garlic and montreal steak spice, cook ontil carrots are tender.
3. Add Catelli sauce and sugar, cook until pasta is tender
Meanwhile
1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil
2. Add Catelli pasta
3. Cook until tender.

4. Serve with 1 cup of sauce over pasta
