Ingredients

    2 # ground beef extra lean
    onion
    28 oz can crushed tomatoes
    2 C water
    1/4 C chili powder
    3 T garlic powder
    1T salt
    1/4 t pepper

Directions

Brown meat and onion then drain. Add remaining ingredients and simmer as long as you wish, I like mine on low for as long as possible
