Ingredients

500 gram(s) Chicken Breast Fillet, raw (Tesco) (by WOOKAT83)
100 grams Chorizo, pork and beef
1.5 tsp Chicken Stock powder (Maggi) - 1tsp or 5g (by JEANS4METOO)
2 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots, raw
1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
800 gram canellini beans in water (by TEE_HEEHEE)
20 grams Flour, white
200 grams Mushrooms, fresh
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 clove Garlic
15 gram(s) Herbs - Dried - Herbs De Provence - Schwartz (by IMMISCEO)
Directions
Fry the carrot, onion, garlic, celery for a couple of minutes till onion goes soft
Add chorizo and cook for another 2 minutes
Add the herbs and mushrooms and cook for a further few minutes till the mushrooms are about half way cooked
Chop the chicken into bite sized pieces and add this.
Cook until chicken is browned
Add flour cook for 1 minute and add all the rest of the ingredients together with 3 cups of water.
Cook covered in oven at 180C for about 90 minutes checking that the dish doesn't go dry
Serving Size: 2 serving spoons
