    1.5 cup Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry
    1.0 tsp Salt
    1.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1.0 tbsp chia seeds

Directions

Mix all the ingredients and fried it in to a pan without oil and when it is slightly brown you can serve and eat it.
