Ingredients

    6 cloves Garlic minced
    1 cup Onions, raw, chopped
    1 15 0Z CANS black Beans
    2 15 0Z CANS, Pinto beans,
    28 oz Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey
    2 15 0Z CANS Dark Red Kidney Beans
    3 15 0Z CANS Stewed Tomatoes, Canned
    2 cans chicken stock or ablut 3 cups water
    chili seasoning packet or
    4 tbsp chili powder
    2 tbsp cumin
    1.5 tbsp paprika
    1 tbsp cayanne (if desired)
    salt
    black pepper

Directions

brown ground turkey and season w/salt and pepper to taste. In slow cooker or stock pot, combine chicken stock, chopped onion, garlic, and tomatos. Open and rinse all the cans of beans in a strainer. Shake out excess water and add to pot. Add the chili seasononing and cook on low for at least 2 hours, but the longer the better. Serve with chopped cilantro and fat free sour cream garnish.
