Ingredients
-
1 bag frozen broccoli
8 oz pasta
1 pkg turkey kielbasa
1/4 cup AP flour
2 cups shredded cheese
1 cup nonfat milk

Bring a large pot of water to boil. Slice the turkey kielbasa into 1/4 inch slices. Add the macaroni and turkey kielbasa to the boiling water and cook for about 5 minutes. Drain.
Meanwhile, cook the broccoli in the microwave according to the package instructions, about 10 minutes. Once cooked, add to the draining pasta and kielbasa.
In a small bowl combine the flour and some of the milk. Stir until the mixture is no longer lumpy. Stir in the remaining milk. Heat a small saucepan over medium heat. Pour the milk mixture into the pan. Gradually add the cheese, constantly stirring. When the cheese is melted and the mixture is thick and creamy, combine the cheese sauce and pasta mixture.
