Ingredients

La Tortilla Factory, Large Original Low Carb Tortilla, 2 serving
*Rosarita Black Bean Refried Beans, 0.5 cup
S&W Petite Cut Tomatos w/ Jalapenos, 0.5 cup
Foster Farms Southwestern Chicken Strips, 3 oz or 1/2 pkg
*Naturally Yours Fat Free Sour Cream, 2 tbsp
Tostitos Spicy Queso Supreme, 2 tbsp
*Sargento Reduced Fat Mexican Cheese, 1 oz
Directions
Dice chicken strips and set aside.
Place tortilla in large skillet on low. Spread on refried beans(black (8g fiber) or traditional (6g) or Zesty Salsa Refried (6g) ), Sargento shredded cheese, chicken, diced tomatos, and Tostitos Queso supreme. Place 2nd tortilla on top. Bottom tortilla should be slightly crispy. Turn gently to crisp other side. When done place on plate or cutting board. Add 2 Tblsp of sour cream to top.
