Introduction

This is an Italian tomato salad type appetizer, very delicious and easy! This is an Italian tomato salad type appetizer, very delicious and easy!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 Medium tomatoes, sliced into about four slices each
    2 Mozzarella balls, sliced into 16 slices
    16 or so leaves Fresh Basil
    4 TBSP Olive Oil
    Juice of 1 Lemon

Directions

Slice the tomatoes and the mozzarella. Place tomato slices in single layer on a large plate, or four separate plates. Lay a slice of mozzarella on each tomato. Add a basil leaf and a drizzle of olive oil. Add a squeeze of lemon juice, if desired.

Makes 16 pieces, 4 4-piece servings.
