Ingredients

    1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
    1/2 cup of ketchup
    2 tablespoons fat-free or light Mayo (calculated with light mayo)
    1 tablespoon finely chopped green pepper
    1 tablespoon finely chopped celery
    1/4 teaspoon onion powder
    Dash of pepper


Directions

In a small bowl, whisk together all the ingredients. Transfer to a jar with a tight fitting lid. Rrefrigerate until needed
