Introduction

Quick, Easy, Healthy, and Spicy! Quick, Easy, Healthy, and Spicy!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 tbsp olive oil
    2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    2-3 tsp of cajun seasoning~season to your tastes
    1 bag Birds Eye Steam Fresh Vegetables
    choose the variety you like~my favorite is broccoli, carrotts, snow peas, and water chestnuts

Directions

Heat olive oil in large saute pan
Rub Chicken with Cajun Seasoning
Cook chicken in saute pan until there is no pink (5-10 min)
While chicken is cooking, follow the directions on the bag for the Steam Fresh Vegetables
When the chicken is cooked and the vegetables are ready, add the vegetables to the chicken and sprinkle another tsp or two of the seasonong over the mixture
Mix together and heat for 3-5 minutes.

Optional addition~sprinkle 2 tbsp of reduced fat cheese over the meal and let it melt

  • This was Easy and FAST too. My Kids are picky eaters but they LOVED this. I used Cooking Spray instead of oil. - 7/17/07
