spicey simple and great with a variety of veggies and fish/seafood (3oz portion)

garlic rubbed on ww toast

Ingredients

    shitake mushrooms, red/green peppers, onion,green beans or cauliflower or broccoli, corn...

    seafood, shrimp, fish, mussels, scallops...just so amounts to 3oz portion....and lots of veggies and broth

    wild and brown rice combo...1/2 c
    ww toast with raw garlic rubbed both sides...garlic is wonderful...

Directions

saute onion, maybe veggies or just boil in the 6cups water with soup mix, 3tsp usually hot enough...look for brand with out msg and anything else too processed..

after veggies are done, throw in seafood...boil maybe 10 min to be safe...

some basil on top at serving would be good
