Ingredients

    4 oz cooked chicken breasts, cut into 1/2 in pieces
    1 oz shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
    1/4 C diced avocado
    1/8 C seeded chopped bell peppers, any color
    1/8 C chopped celery
    1/8 C inpeeled chopped cucumber
    1/8 C peeled shredded carrots
    1 T chopped red onions
    1.5 T "Creamy Cucumber Dressing"
    6" whole wheat pita, cut in half crosswise

Directions

Toss the chicken, Cheddar, and veggies with the dressing. Fill each pita half with about half of the chicken mixture.
