My daughter was allergic to eggs and milk when she was small. This cake was our "Chelly Cake" I made it whenever we had birthdays. Everyone enjoyed it! - 4/1/09

    Very Good
Simple, quick, delicious. My mother-in-law gave me this recipe shortly after I was married. DH & DS love it. I used 1/2 cup of whole wheat flour and 1 cup of white flour without anyone noticing the change. My recipe uses 1/3 cup butter. It turns out slightly tough, but still so good! - 10/25/13

    Incredible!
I love it! I had a recipe for this that was different, and I always made it with the cream cheese icing. I tried yours, and it's great.. without the icing, as promised. :)

I didnt put raisins in though.. do I lose healthy points?? hehe
