Ingredients

The ingredient list may be a little confusing but it's really just 1 box of Betty Crocker Spice Cake Mix and 1-15 oz can of Libby's Pure Pumpkin.

You can use other brands of cake mix but this nutritional information is for BC.

Please note it's canned pumpkin and NOT pumpkin mix- it may be too spicy but you could try it.

Directions

This makes a whole cake - or 12 servings.

Dump 1 can of Pumpkin into bowl and add dry mix. Stir or use a mixer until mix is all blended to a batter consistency.
Dump into cake pan that's been prepared how you like ( with vegetable spray or Crisco) or cupcake cups.
Bake for approximately 30 minutes. Cake top should be firm but be careful not to over cook as cake will dry out. Increase baking in 5 min increments until top is firm if necessary.
