Cover the chicken with aluminum foil while baking, and it retains more moisture than without. - 9/9/08

Combined this recipe and Cheesy Bruschetta Chicken Cutlets from SimpleRecipes.com, and I followed the advice to cover with aluminum foil to bake in the oven. Next time I don't think I'll marinade the chicken before grilling; that flavoring seemed to take away from the bruschetta topping. - 4/24/18

    Incredible!
Very good. I used fresh tomatoes. I did it all on the grill. Cooked it until just about done then put the chicken on aluminum foil and spooned on the tomatoes, basil, and cheese (i mixed in some italian dressing with them). This will save all the juices for serving it over whole wheat noodles - 4/26/12
