Introduction

I love broccoli salad but the store bought stuff is too high in calories and fat. I love broccoli salad but the store bought stuff is too high in calories and fat.
Number of Servings: 28

Ingredients

    8 cups broccoli florets (small pieces)
    1 head cauliflower chopped up
    30 baby carrots slivered (2 cups)
    1/3 head red cabbage sliced in thin strips
    1/4 cup walnuts
    3 miniature boxes of raisins
    10 strips turkey bacon (chopped, cooked and cooled)
    2 cups apple cored and chopped
    3 packets weight watchers portion control shredded cheese
    1 yellow onion chopped
    2 cups grape or cherry tomatoes
    1 cup Vidalia Dressing (Ken's LITE brand)

Directions

Mix all ingredients together.
Makes 28 cups
Serve cold
