Introduction
I rediscovered how good Cream of Wheat is when I started feeding it to my infant daughter. The banana really adds flavor and eliminates the need for sugar or butter. My 5 yr. old & I shared this 1 serving. It made two cereal bowl size portions. She loved it! To make it a little more special I added a little butter & drizzled coffee mate italian sweet cream on top. I passed on that to save the extra calories. She asked for it again tomorrow! How could I say NO? - 4/22/11
