Ingredients

    *Tuna, Starkist Chunk White Albacore in Water, 2.5 serving (remove)

    *Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched, .25 cup (remove)
    Milk, 2%, 2 cup (remove)
    Peas, frozen, 1 cup (remove)
    Salt, .5 tsp (remove)
    Butter, salted, 1 tbsp (remove)
    English muffins, Thomas' English Muffin, 3 serving (remove)

Directions

Melt butter in 10 in" skillet. Stir in flour to make a roux. Add milk stirring in slowly to keep lumps from forming. Run peas under hot water to thaw, drain and add to white sauce. Stir in salt and the 2 cans of tuna. Serve over toasted English Muffins.
