Ingredients

    1 box Cinnamon Swirl Quick bread mix
    3 egg whites
    3/4 cup water
    3 Tbs applesauce

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Spray muffin pan with non stick spray. Spoon muffin mix into pan. My box mix comes with cinnamon mixture. Sprinkle cinnamon on top of each muffin. Bake at 350 for 45-55 min depending on oven.
