Ingredients

    1 lb Ground Turkey
    1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
    2 cans Mixed Vegetables (about 2 cups)
    1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
    1 pkg Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes, instant

Directions

Brown ground turkey and drain. Stir in cream of chicken soup, mixed veggies, and garlic powder. Put into a 3 qt casserole dish.

Prepare instant mashed potatoes according to box directions, then spread on top of casserole.

Bake for 20 minutes, or until all is heated through and potatoes on top start to brown.

Makes about 8 1/2-cup servings.

    Added frozen mixed veggies, and sprinkled an herb seasoning in the mashed potatoes. - 5/14/17

    Added frozen peas, TVP, fresh rosemary, cumin, paprika, cayenne, salt & pepper. Sprinkled paprika on top of the mashed potatoes. Baked at 350 then turned off the oven and left it for an hour (waiting for my wife to get off work). Was yummy, all had seconds. - 7/3/14
