Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

Added frozen peas, TVP, fresh rosemary, cumin, paprika, cayenne, salt & pepper. Sprinkled paprika on top of the mashed potatoes. Baked at 350 then turned off the oven and left it for an hour (waiting for my wife to get off work). Was yummy, all had seconds.
We liked this recipe, though I need to stay away from the salt. I used frozen veggies. Thank you!
