    10 oz Lean Ground Turkey
    6 Stoned Wheat Crackers, crumbled
    1 cup sliced mushrooms
    1/4 cup ketchup
    1 egg
    1 onion chopped


1. Preheat oven to 400 deg.
2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
3. Spray baking dish with olive oil spray and place mixture and shape into a loaf.
4. Cook for 45 minutes or until inside is done.

Makes 4 servings.
